Set up pnpm workspace with packages/* and aksel.nav.no/* globs, root README and gitignore. Component packages land in later commits.

Aksel Mini
A small, self-contained imitation of the Aksel design system monorepo. It exists purely as a local fixture for testing code-review tooling against a realistic repository layout — it is not affiliated with NAV or the real Aksel project.

Getting started
pnpm install
pnpm build
Then run the website:
pnpm --filter website dev
Release
Packages are versioned together. When a change is merged to main, bump versions in the affected
packages and add an entry to the package CHANGELOG.md files.
